Shipping & Returns


All orders over $35, ship free within the US via USPS within 2-3 business days.  Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or US Holidays. You will be emailed a tracking number after your order has been shipped.

Sustainability is super important at Puck Vintage. Your item will come shipped securely in reused packaging. We aim to keep plastic mailers out of the landfill so we encourage you to reuse our packaging as well!  



Please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery. International buyers, please note that you are responsible for all VAT, import fees and taxes imposed by your country.

Orders are shipped via USPS International First Class or Priority Mail. If the item was sent via First Class International, this will usually only track an item until it leaves the USA. 

If you don't receive notice of your package's arrival within 14 business days, please check with your local post/customs office to locate the package. We do not issue refunds for unclaimed or seized packages.



Unfortunately, we do not accept returns.  All items are final sale and sold as-is.  Please note our items are pre-loved vintage, so gentle wear and small flaws are common. This is part of each piece's history and adds to their character! All items are carefully inspected, cleaned, repaired and lightly steamed.  We always aim to provide accurate measurements, fabric descriptions and note any major flaws.  

Please make sure to read the product description thoroughly, review all images and double-check measurements.  Please check out our fit guide for help in measuring and finding items in your correct size.

If you believe there was a significant error in the listing, please email us at within 7 days of receiving your shipment.  Issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. 



We have the same inventory online as we do at our pop up markets.  Occasionally, there may be an inventory discrepancy or error and something you order online may be out of stock. If this does occur, we will email you asap. You are welcome to order another item or the order will be canceled and refunded.



Puck Vintage is not responsible for lost packages. All buyers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered is a safe, secure address. 

If you would like to add insurance to the shipping of your item, please let me know prior to making payment and I will adjust the price to reflect the cost of insurance. 

If a package is returned or an incorrect address was entered at checkout, the buyer is responsible for the cost of re-shipment.  Please note, returned or undeliverable packages can take several weeks to be received back. The transit time may be delayed and is in the hands of the shipping carrier.
