Material: Unknown, feels like silk taffeta or silk/acetate blend

Condition: Fair vintage, some fading at armpits, parts of the fabric still has silver metallic sheen while some places it has worn off, seams have been reinforced, a hole at shoulder has been repaired, hole in skirt has been repaired, some discoloration around it though the volume of the skirt hides this. Various tiny pinholes in the skirt and bodice.
